The scale of Starlake Hanoi
Starlake Hanoi urban area is built on land with a total area of 186.3ha:
- 31ha is for the central square and the headquarters of administrative agencies;
- 8ha for the education system;
- 27ha for the commercial and business center;
- 4.5ha for the reservoir,
- 2.9ha for housing,
The rest is for the landscape and infrastructure system. The project is implemented in phase 2. Phase 1 completed an area of 114.8ha from June 2010 to December 2019. Phase 2 covers an area of 71.5ha and will be deployed from January 2020 to December 2025.

The whole project has 364 adjacent villas (single, duplex) and 603 apartments (3 buildings) with an area ranging from 130-400m2. It is known that Starlake Hanoi urban area has a total investment of about 2 billion USD, invested by THT Development Company Limited, owned by Daewoo E&C Korea Company. This is the project chosen to be the headquarters of 8 central ministries, next to the Diplomatic Corps.
According to information from the investor, in the opening sale of the first phase, 182 adjacent villas were introduced to the market. Up to now, 182 villas and townhouses had been completed and handed over to customers at the end of June 2017.
Information about Starlake Hanoi
Located in the West of West Lake area, Starlake is the intersection of the capital's arterial roads such as Vo Chi Cong, Pham Van Dong, and ring road 2.5 through the project center. From here, residents can easily go to the central area, go Noi Bai international airport, and My Dinh new urban area within 10-20 minutes.
With low construction density, the whole project has only 364 adjacent villas (detached/semi-detached villas), and 603 apartments (3 buildings). In which, detached villas are 270sqm, 285sqm, 300sqm, 350sqm, 400sqm; semi-detached villas have types of 200sqm, 220sqm, 240sqm. There are two types of adjacent buildings, 130sqm and 150sqm.
The selling price of a townhouse is 16 billion VND for a 130sqm unit, while a villa is VND21 billion for a 191sqm apartment. The most expensive price is 52 billion VND for a 400sqm apartment. Customers are willing to spend from 115 to 130 million VND per square meter, depending on the property's location.
