Tay Ho Tay urban area (Starlake) project is situated right across Xuan La wards (Tay Ho district), Nghia Do ward (Cau Giay district), Xuan Dinh commune, and Co Nhue 1 ward (Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi). The master plan is about 186.3 ha. The start date for Starlake Tay Ho Tay is 2014, developed by THT Development Company Limited with a total capital of more than 1.3 billion USD. Starlake boasts impressive construction to choose as the precinct for Samsung's largest R&D center in Southeast Asia. Starlake project is constructed into 2 phases. In phase 1, Starlake focused on creating a total area of ​​114.8 hectares, including semi-detached houses, villas and high-class apartments, tennis courts, swimming pools, gyms, and central air-conditioning lake, 364 townhouses, villas, shophouses, and 3 luxury apartment buildings with 603 apartments. 

Phase 2 has a total construction area of ​​71 hectares, expected to sell about 300 more shophouses & villas. There are 9 hectares of commercial space, an office, and a school.

The reference price of assets in Starlake

At the time of opening for sale, the price offered for apartments here is from 52-75 million VND/m2, the shophouse is about 120 million VND/m2, and adjacent villas are from 120 - 125 million VND/m2 depending on their position.

Currently, according to a survey on the market, there are few new apartments for sale in Hanoi, only buying and selling, so the price is quite high. According to a broker named Ha Hung, the price of the apartment is about 100 million VND/m2. Villas, shophouses in areas H6, H7, H10, H11, priced from 200 - 390m2. Particularly, villas and shophouses in areas K3, K5, K7 at the extended Nguyen Van Huyen street will cost from 300 to 560 million VND/m2. In particular, the dwelling in K3 is always sought-after because of its ideal precinct in the entire project.
